Group Training In Conflict Management

I recommend that you take either BASIC or ADVANCED Training before you proceed with GROUP Training. That way, you would have already taken your first TKI assessment. In addition, you would have also learned how to interpret individual TKI profiles before attempting to learn how to interpret the more complex Group TKI Profiles.

Advance Training - Conflict Management - TKI

  • Develop advanced conflict management capabilities using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to handle complex workplace situations effectively
  • Strengthen strategic communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and collaborative problem-solving skills across different conflict scenarios
  • Enable participants to apply adaptive conflict resolution approaches that improve leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational performance
